I am eighteen years old and I recently got my permit. I am trying to get auto insurance on a car that was passed down to me. Can I get auto insurance in Charleston, West Virginia with just a learners permit?

According to the West Virginia law, all registered cars requires to be insured. The minimum amount of car insurance coverage required is $20,000 bodily injury liability up to, $40,000 per accident, for two or more injuries and $10,000 for property damage.
